FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT TIME WILL MY BLOOMS BE DELIVERED?
Delivery time is usually between 9-5pm. If you require the blooms to be delivered at a specific time please notify us at least 24 hours notice. Note that this may incur additional fees.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We will try our best to leave the blooms at a safe and shady spot if no one’s home. If there isn’t a safe spot, the blooms will be taken back to our studio. We’ll give you a call to arrange redelivery! Please note additional redelivery fees will apply.
CAN I EDIT OR ADD TO AN ORDER?
If you wish to change anything on your order, please get in touch with your order number handy and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL?
Yes, we do! However, you must ensure the hospitals are accepting flowers to avoid redelivery charges.
HOW IT WORKS?
PICK YOUR FAVOURITE
Choose your favourite bouquets, chocolates or candles you’d like to send. Add a gift note or delivery instructions if applicable. Once the order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Make sure all the information is correct, if not please contact us and we'll fix it for you.
Order tracking
Our florists will thoughtfully curate your flower bouquet on the day of delivery. You will be notified once your bouquet is ready and out for delivery. Please allow up to 2 hours for delivery.
Knock knock, you've got flowers!
We’ll send a confirmation text or email once it’s arrived on the doorstep. If no one's home we will place the bouquet in a safe spot. If you'd like to see a photo of the bouquet feel free to contact us or check out our Instagram for a daily update.
