Elevate your tabletop with our charming Bud Vase arrangements, designed to infuse your space with a touch of natural elegance. Each vase brings a refined beauty that enhances the ambiance, making it an ideal choice for birthdays, intimate gatherings, and grand celebrations.
For a truly captivating display, we recommend 5-7 bud vases for every 8-10 guests. This will create a stunning effect while ensuring your table service remains unobstructed.
Each bud vase is thoughtfully arranged with a minimum of 2-3 stems of meticulously selected flowers that will surely delight you and your guests. Share your aesthetic, vibe, and colour palette with us, we'd love to make your vision come to life. Please allow for a touch of creative flexibility, as we work with the natural beauty of flowers.
This package does not include orchid.
Choose from our selection of modern, clear vases for a sleek touch or our vintage vases for a sophisticated flair. You can purchase the vases as delightful keepsakes for you and your guests or opt to hire them for a small fee. A refundable bond of $4 per vase will be included in your cart, and you'll receive it back once the vases are returned to our studio in Clayton.
Bud vases can be delivered to your venue or collected from our Clayton studio on the day of your event or the day prior. To ensure their longevity, keep the flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight. Please note that we do not handle setup unless pre-arranged, and we are not responsible for any damage once the vases leave our care.
Please note: Photos are used for colour and style reference only. All flowers are subject to availability and season, and often the weather. The flowers might vary from time to time but each arrangement will always be beautiful and made with the freshest finds from the market x
CLEAN
Remove any foliage or leaves from the lower part of the stems that would be submerged in water. This helps prevent the growth of bacteria in the water.
CUT
Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle. This increases the surface area for water absorption, allowing the flowers to take in more nutrients and stay fresh longer.
VESSEL
Fill a clean vase with fresh, room-temperature water. Avoid using hard water or water with impurities, as this can adversely affect the flowers.
Refresh the water in the vase every 2-3 days. Clean the vase thoroughly each time and re-trim the stems to ensure optimal water absorption.
PLACEMENT
Place the flowers in a location away from direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can cause them to wilt. Choose a cool spot to extend their freshness. Keep the flowers away from sources of heat, such as radiators or appliances. Heat accelerates the aging process of flowers and shortens their lifespan.
AFTERCARE
As individual flowers start to wilt, remove them from the arrangement. Lightly mist the petals of the flowers with water to hydrate them, especially in dry environments.

BIODEGRADABLE WRAPS
The wet towels wrapped around the stems to keep your flowers fresh during delivery are made from Spruce and Pine grown in regenerated forests. They will break down completely in compost and are great to re-use as weed matting!
COMPOSTABLE BAGS
Our bag used to contain the wet towels are made from biodegradable materials, mainly corn starch and PBAT. These will completely break down within 90-120 days in a home-compostable environment!

WHAT TIME WILL MY BLOOMS BE DELIVERED?
Delivery time is usually between 9-5pm. If you require the blooms to be delivered at a specific time please notify us at least 24 hours notice. Note that this may incur additional fees.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME?
We will try our best to leave the blooms at a safe and shady spot if no one’s home. If there isn’t a safe spot, the blooms will be taken back to our studio. We’ll give you a call to arrange redelivery! Please note additional redelivery fees will apply.
CAN I EDIT OR ADD TO AN ORDER?
If you wish to change anything on your order, please get in touch with your order number handy and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
DO YOU DELIVER TO THE HOSPITAL?
Yes, we do! However, you must ensure the hospitals are accepting flowers to avoid redelivery charges.
HOW IT WORKS?
PICK YOUR FAVOURITE
Choose your favourite bouquets, chocolates or candles you’d like to send. Add a gift note or delivery instructions if applicable. Once the order is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Make sure all the information is correct, if not please contact us and we'll fix it for you.
Order tracking
Our florists will thoughtfully curate your flower bouquet on the day of delivery. You will be notified once your bouquet is ready and out for delivery. Please allow up to 2 hours for delivery.
Knock knock, you've got flowers!
We’ll send a confirmation text or email once it’s arrived on the doorstep. If no one's home we will place the bouquet in a safe spot. If you'd like to see a photo of the bouquet feel free to contact us or check out our Instagram for a daily update.
